The service
Move In Monday, Work Monday
An office fit-out has a hundred moving parts, and the network is the one everything else depends on, phones, printers, POS, CCTV, and every laptop in the building. We handle the complete network for new offices and relocations across Dubai: planning cable routes with your fit-out contractor, installing clean labelled Cat6 cabling, configuring the router, managed switches, and business-grade Wi-Fi, and securing it all behind a properly configured firewall.
Existing office with inherited chaos? We also untangle and rebuild: mystery cables nobody can trace, consumer routers doing enterprise jobs, and dead zones where Wi-Fi should be. You get a documented network map when we're done, no more guessing which cable goes where.
- New office opening with no network in place
- Wi-Fi dead zones in meeting rooms and back offices
- Internet that slows to a crawl when everyone's in
- A spaghetti cabinet of unlabelled cables
- Guests and staff on the same insecure network
- Frequent dropouts hitting POS, VoIP calls, and file transfers
We survey the space (or the plans, for fit-outs), design the cable and access-point layout, then install and configure everything: cabling, patch panel, switches, router, Wi-Fi with separate staff and guest networks, and firewall rules. Handover includes a labelled rack and a network map.
What you get
What Our Office Network Setup Includes
The job runs from floor plan to live network. We mark every data point on your drawings, then install and test each one before the office opens for business.
- Data point layoutWe mark desks, printers, screens, access points and cameras on the floor plan, with spare points left for future growth.
- Cabinet and patch panelCables terminate on a patch panel in a wall or floor cabinet, with short patch leads and room for the switch and ISP router.
- Cable test resultsEvery run is tested for length and faults, and the results are kept against each point label for later troubleshooting.
- Separate VLANs per useStaff, guest Wi-Fi, CCTV and phones sit on separate VLANs, so a visitor's laptop never sees your file server.
- Access point placementCeiling access points are placed after checking walls, glass and floor layout, with channels and power set to avoid overlap.
- Firewall and internet failoverWe configure firewall rules, bring the ISP connection live and add automatic failover to a second line if you have one.

Problems we solve
Common Office Network Problems We Fix in Dubai
When an office network misbehaves, staff usually blame the internet provider. More often the fault sits inside the office, in a switch, a cable or a setting.
- !The whole network stops and then comes back
Our fixA loop is flooding the network, often from both ends of one cable plugged into the same switch or wall points. We find the loop and turn on loop protection on the managed switches.
- !Some desks only get 100 Mbps
Our fixA damaged cable, a poor termination or an old switch port drops the link speed. We test the run, re-terminate or replace it, and check the port connects at gigabit.
- !Two devices keep knocking each other offline
Our fixThat is an IP conflict, usually a printer or camera given a fixed address inside the router's DHCP range. We set reservations or move fixed devices outside the pool.
- !Wi-Fi says connected but pages won't load
Our fixUsually the DHCP pool ran out of addresses as phones and guests joined, or DNS on the router stalled. We enlarge the pool, shorten lease times and point devices at reliable DNS.
- !Some PCs lose internet after someone plugs in a router
Our fixA second router handing out addresses gives some PCs the wrong gateway. We remove it and enable DHCP snooping on the switches so a stray router cannot do it again.
QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions
When should we involve you in our office fit-out?
As early as possible, cabling is cheapest and cleanest before walls and ceilings close. We coordinate directly with your fit-out contractor on routes and points, then configure everything once the space is ready.
Can you fix our existing slow network without a full rebuild?
Often yes, many problems trace to consumer-grade equipment, bad access point placement, or one faulty switch. We diagnose first and quote only for what actually needs changing.
How many Wi-Fi access points do we need?
It depends on area, walls, and user count, not guesswork. Our survey maps real coverage; most offices need fewer, better-placed business access points than the number of consumer repeaters they’re currently fighting with.
Do you handle warehouses and large spaces?
Yes, high-ceiling Wi-Fi coverage, long cable runs, and networks supporting CCTV and attendance systems are regular projects for us in Al Quoz, DIP, and Jebel Ali.
Will you work outside business hours?
Yes, installations and switchovers can be scheduled evenings or weekends so your team never loses a working day.
What does a full office network cost?
It depends on points, cabling distance, and equipment grade, so we quote fixed-price after a free survey, the quote itemises everything, and there are no additions later.
