Will we lose any emails during migration?
No, data is pre-staged and verified before cutover, and both systems run in parallel during the switch. Every mailbox is checked item-count against the source before we call the job complete.
How long does a migration take?
Data staging runs in the background over a few days depending on mailbox sizes; the actual cutover happens in one evening or weekend. Your team’s downtime is typically zero.
Can you migrate from Gmail / Google Workspace?
Yes, Gmail, Google Workspace, cPanel/ISP webmail, on-premise Exchange, and other Microsoft tenants are all standard migrations for us, in either direction.
Which Microsoft 365 plan should each person get?
Not everyone needs the same plan, email-only users, Office app users, and power users cost differently. We audit actual needs and mix plans so you stop overpaying; this alone often funds the migration.
Why do our emails go to spam, and will this fix it?
