For pure file sharing and backup, a quality NAS covers most businesses under ~20 staff at a much lower cost. If you also need domain logins, applications, or heavy simultaneous use, a Windows file server earns its price. We recommend honestly after the audit, we install both.
Can several people edit files at the same time?

How do you migrate our existing files without losing anything?
