Our story
Freelance IT Services Dubai is run by Muhammad Ahsan, an IT engineer with more than seven years of hands-on work in IT and network security, network troubleshooting, server installation and server hardware. He holds Cisco CCNP Enterprise and CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+ and Server+, Microsoft MD-102 and VMware VCP certifications. The business started with a simple idea: people should be able to reach the engineer who actually does the work, not a call centre.
Today we support companies, shops, clinics, warehouses and families, from a single laptop fix to servers, networks, CCTV and Microsoft 365 for whole offices. The work is done onsite in front of you, or remotely when a remote session is faster.
Every job starts with a clear explanation and a flat rate agreed before work begins, with no travel fees anywhere in Dubai. When we finish, you get the passwords and notes, so your IT never depends on us alone.
